Our Story
Healthy Yogis was created in 2013 with an aim to combine my background in nutrition, together with my love for cooking and my passion to work with families and children, educating and inspiring them to experiment with healthier, plant-based ingredients in order to enjoy yummy AND nutritious meals, snacks, desserts!
Classes for children are a 2hr class, a 1hr cooking class (introducing to children more plant based recipes) followed by a 1hr yoga class. Yoga is practised in a fun and energetic way, including basic yoga poses and correct breathing & meditation techniques.
Our class is a great combination for improving physical activity, body strength & posture as well as helping your little ones understand the importance of using healthy ingredients to help nourish their growing bodies!!
My aim is to educate and encourage little ones to adopt healthier dietary and lifestyle options. Learning about ingredients and how to cook from a young age gives the children the knowledge and tools they need to make healthier food options, Yoga teaches them self-love and self-respect which means they WANT to make better choices for themselves
