Everything is energy and when energy flows what actually happens is this that we call sacred synchronicity... everything is done as, where and when it is to be done... everything is in place and clear!

This is how the energy flows during all the meetings that we have the last 2 months with the founder and the whole team of Hammock Wellness Centre in Limassol. And this is the reason why I am so happy to announce that I will start GYROKINESIS® and BREATHING AWAKENING® classes in this inspiring place from next September! 🙂

-- FREE OPEN DAY -- ❗️❗️❗️

The brand-new space with the amazing view where Hammock was recently transferred, is ideal for those who want to focus on their health and wellness in a beautiful and peaceful place. From September it will start hosting new group classes, which will be introduced during the FREE OPEN DAY on the 31st of July.

During the OPEN DAY, all members of Hammock Team (including myself) will offer at least one method and we all invite you to try 3 out of the 7 classes that the centre will host for FREE - I will personally introduce the Gyrokinesis and Breathing Awakening methods (see photos for all details).

If you stay in Limassol and you are thinking of taking action in favor of your good health and wellness, the OPEN DAY is a great opportunity to see what suits you BEFORE taking your final decision!

Our invitation is open to everyone, however first priority has been given to the members of our groups and there are few free spots left… So I urge you to ACT FAST 😊, since PRE-BOOKING is mandatory!

Τα πάντα είναι ενέργεια και όταν ρέει η ενέργεια συμβαίνει αυτό που λέμε ιερή συγχρονικότητα... όλα γίνονται όπως, όπου και τότε που είναι να γίνουν... και όσα δεν γίνονται, απλά δεν ήταν να γίνουν... όλα είναι στη θέση τους και το τοπίο καθάριο!

Κάπως έτσι ήταν και οι συναντήσεις μου τους 2 τελευταίους μήνες με την ιδιωκτήτρια και με όλη την ομάδα του Hammock Wellness Centre στη Λεμεσό, όπου και σας ανακοινώνω επίσημα ότι θα ξεκινήσω μαθήματα GYROKINESIS® και BREATHING AWAKENING® από τον ερχόμενο Σεπτέμβριο! 🙂

Ο ολοκαίνουργιος πανέμορφος χώρος που μεταφέρθηκε πρόσφατα και εδρεύει σε όμορφο και ήσυχο προάστιο της Λεμεσού, έχει μια υπέροχη θέα και θα φιλοξενήσει νέα ομαδικά μαθήματα με τη νέα σεζόν.

Συνδυάζει λοιπόν τα εγκαίνιά του με την παρουσίαση όλων των μαθημάτων που θα ξεκινήσουν και όλη η ομάδα συμφωνήσαμε να προσφέρουμε από ένα ενδεικτικό μάθημα ο καθένας.

Την 31η Ιουλίου λοιπόν, θα προσφέρουμε ένα OPEN DAY στο οποίο θα έχετε την ευκαιρία να επιλέξετε έως και 3 από το σύνολο των 7 μαθημάτων (δείτε φωτό για λεπτομέρειες), για να δείτε αν και ποιο μάθημα σας ταιριάζει αν ενδιαφέρεστε να ξεκινήσετε από Σεπτέμβριο στο Hammock.

Η πρόσκλησή μας είναι ανοιχτή για όλους, προτεραιότητα όμως έχει δωθεί στους ανθρώπους/μέλη των ομάδων μας γι' αυτό και οι θέσεις είναι περιορισμένες. Το συντομότερο που θα δράσετε το πιθανότερο να βρείτε ελεύθερες θέσεις!

Με μεγάλη χαρά σας ανακοινώνω πως τα δύο επόμενα Σαββατοκύριακα θα γίνουν τα ακόλουθα μαθήματα Gyrokinesis... 😊

1. Αυτό το ΣΚ 29-30 Μαϊου: 2 μαθήματα στη φύση 🙂 (στην ίδια πανέμορφη και ήσυχη παραλία που κάναμε και τα μαθήματα το περασμένο ΣΚ στον Μαζωτό)...
Ένα μάθημα το Σάββατο στις 6 το απόγευμα και ένα την Κυριακή στις 8:30 το πρωί.

2. Το επόμενο Σάββατο 5 Ιουνίου και στα πλαίσια του The MBS Outdoor Wellbeing Day θα γίνει επίσης ένα μάθημα Gyrokinesis στις 10 το πρωί στο St Raphael Resort στη Λεμεσό.

I am very happy to announce the Gyrokinesis sessions that will take place in the coming two weekends... 🙏

1. This weekend, May 29-30: 2 sessions in nature 😃 (at the same beautiful and quiet beach that we did the sessions last weekend in Mazotos):
