Get into the festive spirit with a special, warm, and creative event at Satya Studio! ✨

We’ll start the day with a relaxing yoga session, to calm the mind, connect with our body, and ease into the holiday mood. After yoga, we’ll move on to assembling & decorating a gingerbread house, a fun and creative activity to enjoy with your loved ones.

After the yoga session, the studio will open its doors to children, friends, and family. Children can participate in creating the gingerbread house, while adults can relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

🌅Sunset Mountain Hike & Meditation

There’s a unique kind of calm that arrives as the sun begins to set. When the light softens and every step invites us back to ourselves.
During this evening mountain hike , we’ll move through the stillness of the trail and pause at a beautiful viewpoint for a guided meditation, allowing breath, body, and presence to meet.

Sometimes the body says “not today”, and that’s perfectly okay. I couldn’t finish my flow because my wrist needed a break. Listening to our bodies is also part of the practice. Honor your limits, give yourself time, and move with love.🧡

✨ Yoga & River Trekking Experience ✨

A unique day of adventure and connection with nature!

We’ll begin our day with yoga in nature, awakening the body and the breath while cultivating stability, flow, and presence.

Once we’ve prepared the body through movement and awareness, we’ll continue with a river trekking through the river, leading to the enchanting Charkokolimpos, guided by certified instructors.

The experience concludes with light snacks, coffee, and tea, as we relax and soak in the serenity of nature.

🌕 Night walk & Yoga at the beach 🌌

Σας προσκαλούμε σε μια μαγευτική βραδιά με βραδινό περπάτημα και γιόγκα στην παραλία, κάτω από το φως της πανσελήνου!

🌿 Yoga & Quad Safari Adventure 🧘‍♀️🏜️

A unique day trip in collaboration with !
The Satya Studio invites you to an experience that combines the power of yoga with the adrenaline of a quad bike safari.
Join us on Sunday, June 22 for an unforgettable outdoor adventure!

We’ll start from Pera Oreinis and follow an off-road route to Filaniou Lake. There, we’ll pause for a revitalizing yoga session in nature, and those who wish can take a refreshing swim in the lake. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a light snack before making our way back—energized and recharged.
