Menopause is maybe the longest transition in a woman’s life and comes with all kinds of physiological and psychological changes. When I was attacked by Menopause at the young age of 45, in the middle of the 1st Covid Lockdown, I felt like my life was ending. So I decided to take matters in my hands, Read a lot about it and then proceeded to complete my “Pilates for the Menopause” training with my Association, BCP UK.
5 years later I can guarantee that Pilates can be a total game changer in handling the endless list of symptoms so that women can get on with their life feeling strong, confident and happy! The exercises we teach in Pilates for the Menopause have the potential for a truly positive impact on bone health, strength, flexibility, balance and mental well being.
