🧧Happy Lunar New Year!🧧This holiday follows the lunisolar calendar, starting on the second new moon after the winter solstice. Today marks the Year of the Fire Horse, a rare occurrence seen every 60 years due to the Chinese zodiac's 12-year animal cycle and the 5 elements' (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) rotation.
Last seen in 1966, Fire Horse years are seen as transformational and are often associated with upheaval, change, challenge and disruption. The horse represents independence, speed and charisma, fire brings intensity and creativity.
Beware of burnout, this year will feel liberating and energising, however prioritising consistency and recovery is key to a fulfilling and sustainable future.
