When you book an appointment, that time is exclusively scheduled for you and only you.

If you've tried cupping therapy then you know it's a great way to ease muscle tension, promote cell repair and stimulate the body's natural healing processes.

The distinctive circular marks left on the skin are an indication of your health and the effects of the treatment. The different colours show the amount of blood and qi stagnation, dampness and toxin accumulation.

White or pale - weak energy and cold imbalances.
Light pink/red - active circulation and good flow of energy.
Bright red - inflammation.
Dark red/purple - severe stagnation and tension.
Brown - old blood and toxin release from deep tissues.

When the cups are placed on the skin, air is pumped out to create a vacuum. This draws the skin and underlying tissues upwards, moving toxins to the surface and pulling fresh blood into the area. The toxins are flushed out through the lymphatic system. The cups stay on for 5-10 minutes with the marks fading gradually over a few days to 2 weeks.

You're not alone! Back pain will affect almost everyone at some point in their life. It can be a constant, dull ache or a sudden, sharp pain.

You're more at risk of developing back pain if:

A new umbrella review has found high quality evidence that acupuncture is effective for insomnia and can also improve anxiety and depression.

Insomnia affects approximately one third of the global population and is a common sleep disorder where you're unable to fall asleep, or you wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep or you find yourself waking up early.

Insomnia can be caused by stress, an irregular work schedule, mental health disorders, medication, medical conditions or a change of activity level.
Symptoms include irritability, impaired cognitive function, feeling tired/sleepy during the day, headaches, digestive issues and mood swings.

Chinese medicine sees insomnia as a disruption of yin and yang. Yin rules the night with coolness, nourishment, calm and rest. Yang gives us energy, warmth and alertness during the day. If this natural rhythm is interrupted there is an imbalance which causes insomnia.
