The forest is the place where I meet myself. It is a needed place where I connect to Mother Earth and calm my nervous system. Where I honour her and honour myself. In these difficult times, I feel like living there. Like coming home is coming to the forest. To meet myself and meet her.

Beloved family, I reach out to my community to send out prayers to all that have been deeply affected by the situation in south Israel and Gaza. This is not a time for political righteousness. So many of my family members have had to endure a living hell. I am asking for all your prayers. My brother-in-law is currently missing in this tragic situation. Maybe taken hostage by the Hamas back into Gaza. We are still not entirely sure. We keep hearing different information. So many members of my husbands kibbutz have been massacred. Innocent families and their children wiped out. Murdered in cold blood. Hate only breeds hate. I refuse to go down that path. I choose love. Even with all this desperation, fear and pain. It’s easy to lose hope in humanity. I found myself many times there today.

I pray for all the innocent victims that have lost their lives in Israel and Gaza. I pray for all the hostages, the children, our elders, our brothers and sister. God please take care of them…

It has been a living unimaginable nightmare.

Love each other everyone. Remember all that unites us. Love is our religion. We will not be divided ❤️🫶🕊️

Omer please come home. We love you and pray you are safe. Someone please give us a sign of life…

It has been nine months with you, dear son. Time passes so quickly and it has been the most beautiful and challenging nine months of my life.

My heart is growing wider every second with you. You are curious and full of life.
