One of my favorite ways to weave herbs into daily life is through tinctures.
They’re tiny bottles of plant magic — strong, concentrated, and so easy to use. Just half a teaspoon can be a whole dose. 🌿

They don’t take up much space, travel easily, and stay potent for years. Wherever I go, I carry a little first aid kit of tinctures with me:

🌱 one for headaches - White willow
🌱 one for energy - Golden root
🌱 one for rest + unwinding - Verbena

There are so many ways to create and combine tinctures. The possibilities are next to endless. And there for you to discover.

Did you know... Hawthorn has been treasured for centuries as a heart medicine? ❤️ 🌿
It can strengthen the physical heart — improving circulation and even helps the heart release energy more freely.

It also soothes the emotional heart. Stress, restlessness, and anxiety often weigh heavy on us, and hawthorn helps to bring focus, calm, and a deeper connection to ourselves. It’s a plant that reminds us to live from the heart, not just the mind. 🌿✨

For this course, I’ve harvested hawthorn flowers in spring and berries now in autumn — and they’re ready for us to use. And many more herbs 😉🍂✨

Each week we’ll explore a new group of herbs, and get to create blends and remedies. Working with herbs is a beautiful time spent!

And yet, for many of us, it feels fragile — easily disturbed, hard to find.

Thankfully, nature offers support.
There are many herbs that help calm the nervous system, ease tension in the heart, mind, and body, and gently guide us into deeper, more restorative sleep.

You can blend them into a tea, or craft a tincture.
Keep them by your side when the night is calling -
and let them lead you softly into dreams. 🌿
