It has become the reality for many .. some would say it’s normal..
To a certain extent that’s true - some amount of stress is inevitable in our everyday lives.
What’s also true - is the fact that 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 train and 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞..
Just like we train our muscles to become stronger and help to carry us better, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 with challenging environments and circumstances.

We don’t know what lies ahead of us, how many obstacles we are facing, the impact it will have on us.

There are many things we cannot control. And great many we can. To 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 and overcome the ones we can’t.
To not just wait in line, getting through life in autopilot mode, counting the losses, until it’s our time. 💀🪦⚰️
Brutal ? Yes it is .. 🧨
Or 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 ? 🥱
Have you ever heard someone saying “well that’s life, everyone has the s**t to deal with, so grind your teeth and push through” ? 🤖
Does it seem enough ? Or does it sometimes feel like it pushes you forward in that line even a little faster … ⁉️
I for sure feel that in one way or another every single day, one stress after another ..
That’s why I choose to buckle up & strengthen to work through it ..
𝗕𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁.
Cause one thing is for sure - death and taxes 🤣🤭
