Happy New Year! I hope you've had the chance to shed some of the difficulties of 2020 and make peace with your year. Some paths we can plan for some of which we can't.
Every jurney teaches us something that can help us foster resilience to better identify what we can and can't control and teaches us how move forward with positivity. We have built up these muscles of adaptability to become stronger and more supple then ever before. With these strength, even if it feels like pain or defeat, we can set our intentions for 2021 with purpose and gratitude to help us energise, heal and brings about hope.
