Preparing for this Sunday’s Birth Collective - it will be a really special one. ✨

I’ll be joined by two wonderful couples — one who attended the Birth With Confidence workshop last summer and welcomed their baby in October, and another couple who have recently completed the workshop and are preparing to meet their baby next month.

This will be a great opportunity to share experiences, talk openly about birth, and connect with others on the journey to parenthood. Whether you’re preparing for birth or reflecting on your own experience, these conversations can be incredibly reassuring, empowering, and supportive.

The Birth Collective is always a relaxed, welcoming space — a chance to connect, share stories, ask questions, and simply be together.

Another month has gone by and we are back ✨
This Saturday, I’m holding a small, welcoming birth workshop in a safe, judgment-free space.

This isn’t about promising a pain-free birth.
Birth can be intense, unpredictable, and challenging.

This workshop is about giving you the tools to stay calm, confident, and in control—whatever path your labour takes.

We’ll cover simple breathing techniques, mindset tools, and practical ways to feel more prepared and supported during birth.

Whether you’re feeling excited, nervous, or somewhere in between… you are welcome here.

Sleep coach Marijke den Baas is back at our Letná studio to introduce you to the world of sleep training.

In this workshop we will talk about what you can expect when your baby sleeps well. We will talk about common sleep issues like not being able to fall asleep individually, nightly wake ups, difficulties with naps, finding it hard to create a daily pattern and much more. Additionally, Marijke will provide basic tips to make your little one sleep better! Finally, we will discuss what sleep training is, the role of a sleep coach and how this can help your child and yourself to sleep better. This is also a great opportunity to ask all the questions you might have about your little one’s sleep.

Come join the circle 💫

This beautiful event will give you the opportunity to take some much needed “me time”. You will be able to share your thoughts and fears about your motherhood journey as well as get inspiration from others in a safe space. The group will guide the way, but if it calls to us - there will be space for dancing, meditation, and self-massage. This will be a sacred space where you can let go and be free.

Our Karlín studio is open - it’s yours too!

Kid friendly and accessible on the ground floor, kind and colourful, here’s a new space where we plan for many future encounters with you and your little ones.

Prague Yoga Collective Karlín is located at Karolinska 706/3 in Prague 8, and we’ll have more info coming soon on yoga classes and other events for the pre-natal, postpartum, partners, and children.
