Beneath the layers of the artistic experience at Levitate 🎨

Christian Chu, founder, co-owner, and head chef of Prague's experiential restaurant Levitate, with a fresh Michelin star ⭐️, is one of our first ambassadors. He created a concept of four chapters, each providing an original experience connected with art and nature. To prepare a special tasting menu, he uses, among other things, our B 611 combi oven.

Pre-Christmas time at Retigo 🎄🕯️
Even though we are very busy at work before the end of the year, we have already had our traditional Christmas party. 🎷🕺 It was a cheerful, dance-filled gathering where everyone from across the company came together. And even before Advent began, a small group of colleagues took part in a "DIY Christmas wreath" workshop.

The team of cooks in the school cafeteria at Mikoláš Aleš Elementary School in Zlín prepares around 530 lunches a day. The newly renovated kitchen uses, among other things, three Blue Vision combi ovens, which have fully replaced electric ovens.
