Led by head chef Petr Šmídek, the restaurant has built a strong base of loyal guests as well as popularity among tourists.

Last week, we welcomed our partners from JAZ Gastro for a training focused on the new Retigo Evolution combi ovens. 🚀
The program also included a factory tour and a live cooking presentation, followed by lunch prepared by our chefs. 🍽️
