Longevity Congress at Buchinger Wilhelmi Marbella

Over 150 experts joined us on 22 November to explore one key question: How does physical exercise shape long and healthy lives?

Highlights included new insights from our Genesis Study showing that fasting can preserve muscle strength, expert talks on evidence-based training, metabolism, nutrition, mental health, circadian rhythms, and women’s bone health.

A big thank you to all speakers and participants for an inspiring day full of knowledge, exchange, and practical tools for healthy longevity.

The flavourful base for countless healthy creations: Vegetable Jus 🌿

Rich, aromatic, and full of depth! Created by our chefs from Überlingen, Steve Flügge and Dominik Groß.

Ingredients (for 10 servings):
200 g carrots
200 g celery
100 g onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
300 g tomatoes
100 ml balsamic vinegar
1 L vegetable broth or water
2 tbsp rice flour
5 g olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
Tamari, pepper, salt

Sauté the diced vegetables and garlic in olive oil, add tomato paste and let it brown. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar several times, then pour in the broth and simmer for about 2 hours. Add herbs and spices halfway through, strain, and thicken slightly with rice flour if needed. Season to taste and enjoy this nourishing foundation for your favourite creations.
