🦷✨ Human Anatomy Cadaver Course Part I – Charité Berlin 2025

From September 12–13, 2025, the highly anticipated Human Anatomy Cadaver Course Part I took place at the Wilhelm-Waldeyer-Haus, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Once again, the great demand confirmed the importance of hands-on, high-quality education in dental implantology!

Led by Prof. Dr. med. dent. Susanne Nahles and Prof. Dr. med. Dr. med. dent. Max Heiland, participants experienced two intensive days full of lectures, practical training, and interactive discussions.

💡 Program Highlights:

Biology of the alveolus & socket preservation (Prof. Nahles)

Diagnostics & planning in implantology (Prof. Heiland)

Modern suturing techniques – theory & practice (Dr. Wagendorf)

Hands-on training on human specimens:
🔹 Extractions, socket preservation, soft tissue grafts
🔹 Internal & external sinus lift with Piezosurgery
🔹 Implant placement in maxilla & mandible including soft tissue management
🔹 Nerve transposition (demo)

Implants in risk patients (Prof. Heiland)

Beyond the scientific content, the course offered excellent opportunities for networking – including a joint dinner on Friday evening.
