Welcoming the Year of the Horse at STADA 🐎🎇

Across Asia, our colleagues marked the Lunar New Year with moments of connection, reflection and shared ambition for the year ahead. Our teams in China and Vietnam shared a closer look at their celebrations.

In China, colleagues came together for a reunion luncheon to look back on achievements from 2025, took part in a time capsule activity to capture wishes and goals for 2026, and joined a dedicated townhall to align on priorities and future plans.

In Vietnam, our colleagues at gathered to welcome the new year together, reflect on the past months and step into 2026 with shared goals, strong team spirit and fresh momentum.

We’re glad to share this special moment together as and wish everyone celebrating a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. 💙

While 64% of Europeans say they’re doing “well,” over one in three (36%) are struggling – and 9% even rate their mental health as “poor” or “very poor.” The main stressors? Financial worries (26%) 💸 and work pressure (24%) 💼.

📈 Good news: People are taking action! Half of Europeans use personal coping strategies – spending time with friends & family (27%) or exercising (17%) – to support their mental wellbeing.

📉 But only 17% seek professional or structured help.
