Baumholder Army Health Clinic

Baumholder Army Health Clinic Official page for the Baumholder Army Health Clinic in Baumholder, Germany. Reactivated during the Korean War 1950-51 and from 1952-58 served from Ft.

The unit now known as Baumholder Army Health Clinic was activated in December 1942 as the 30th Field Hospital which was deactivated after WWI. Bragg, NC and the Fitzsimons Army Hospital, Colorado. In August 1965, the unit moved to Germany providing service to Augsburg and Worms communities before moving to Baumholder in September 1981. On 16 February 1994, it was re-flagged as the 29th Medical Detachment. On 15 November 1994, the organization was designated as the United States Army Health Clinic Baumholder and on 12 June 2014 assumed mission command over Kaiserslautern Army Health Clinic.

The Baumholder Army Health Clinic has CANCELLED Flu Drive today, November 19 2025 at the Hall of Champions (HOC) due to weather.

The next available Flu Drive date is on 05 December 2025 at the Hall of Champion (HOC) from 0900-1500.

The Baumholder Army Health Clinic is open today with no change to operations. All services are running normally and we are continuing to see patients as scheduled. Please drive safely or walk carefully when coming to the clinic and give yourself extra time on the road due to the weather. If you would like to change your appointment to a virtual visit, please call DSN 590-1004 or CIV 06371 9464 1004 and we will work with you to make that change. There is a small chance the clinic may close early if weather conditions worsen, and we will update you immediately if that happens. Once you arrive, we will make sure you are taken care of. If anything changes, we will share update right away.

Following dates are:
- November 19, 2025 from 1100 - 1700

Please be aware of the following changes to clinic services:

• Sick Call Closure: September 23, 25, and 26

• Contraceptive Clinic Closure: September 24

• Staff Training – September 25

○ Behavioral Health & Physical Therapy: Normal hours and services

○ No walk-in services available

○ Virtual services only (Primary Care, Radiology, Pharmacy)

• Contraceptive Clinic Hours (effective October): 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 0900–1100

• EFMP Update: The EFMP Army Enterprise website is projected to be upgraded by October 27. Temporary difficulties with case submissions may occur during and shortly after the upgrade

Please note the following modified hours and closures:

• Monday, 18 August – Delayed opening for the first day of school. Patient care will begin at 0900.
• Sick Call – Closed on Monday, 18 August and Friday, 29 August.
• Wednesday, 27 August – Afternoon clinic closed for training.
• Contraceptive Clinic – Closed on Wednesday, 27 August and Wednesday, 3 September.
