🔥Discover the world of s*xual fantasies!🔥
A ground-breaking study by Joyal, Cossette, & Lapierre (2015) asked the question: What exactly is an unusual s*xual fantasy? 🤔 Their findings? They are only few fantasy themes that are actually "unusual" or "rare" from a statistical point of view!
🌟This study analyzed fantasies of 1,516 men and women. The two most frequent fantasies for men were: oral s*x (87.6%) and s*x with two women (84.5%). For women, the most common fantasies were: having s*x in a romantic place (84.9%) and having s*x in an unusal place like the office (81.7%).🔥💑
🧐On the other hand, the two least frequent fantasies for men were: s*x with a child (1.8%) and s*x with an animal (2.2%). For women, the two least frequent fantasies also were: s*x with a child (0.8%) and s*x with an animal (3.0%)
🎯Interestingly for our take on s*xual fantasy research, the study revealed that even aggression-related fantasies considered as "unusual" are actually not that rare. Fantasies related to forcing someone to have s*x were reported by 22.0% of men and 10.8% of women, while exploitation fantasies (e.g., other person is drunk, asleep, unconscious) were reported by 22.6% of men and 10.8% of women. Most of these individuals will never have acted out these fantasies non-consensually, but what are the factors that make it more likely to happen?🕵️♀️💭
💪With its robust sample size and detailed analysis, this study has been an important contribution in understanding the variety of s*xual fantasies and has been cited many times since its publication. 📚
