Join me for a meditation session where I will help you embody energy fields and tap into an expanded and relaxed state of consciousness. 🧘✨✨💫

Each session I will guide you to connecting with energy, grounding presence in the body and bringing awareness to energy around and within and bring it to the meditation’s focus. You will be invited to use visualization or sensation perception to activate energetic connection and expansion.

✨EVENING MEDITATION✨

We meet Wednesdays at 18:30 for a 45 minute meditation journey.

We start by activating our bodies for 7 minutes with a dynamic movement in a standing position, and then we transfer to a sitting position. I will then invite you to use visualization or energy perception for grounding in presence, increasing awareness of your current state of mind and emotion, enter a relaxed state of mind-body and activating an energetic connection to space and time, expanding your state of presence. After this guided journey we'll rest in silence.

We provide mats, meditation cushions and blankets.

This meditation is accompanied by musical sounds.

This Wednesday the evening meditation 🧘‍♀️ is taking place at 8pm! I’m thinking about changing it to 6:30pm starting next week, though we will experience a pause during the Berlinale, as I will be sharing my presence at HAU 2 ❤️
