Maxime is a Zen Shiatsu therapist and a Japanese Yoga teacher. His vocation is to help people owning back their health using a holistic approach to therapy combining Shiatsu, Yoga and Nutrition. The objective of his work is to give a tailored solution that will fulfill patients’ need, and by doing that, to give them the opportunity to return their bodies to balance, great health to allow them to discover their true nature and live a full life.

Group japanese yoga: Japanese Yoga Therapy is a very accessible style of Yoga that focuses on specific parts and functions of the body (Lower Back, Neck & Shoulders, Digestion, Insomnia, Depression, etc.) using easy corrective movements to heal them. We are all different and the beauty of Japanese Yoga is to offer to everyone a tailored solution to give you back your balance and your health.

And Individual Zen Shiatsu sessions: You will be lying down on futon for the entire session. Zen Shiatsu is a unique form of treatment that harmonizes the body's energy on all levels. Using only the bodyweight, the practitioner connects with the patient through the power of the touch. The beauty of shiatsu is that it’s an unconditional relationship between the practitioner and the patient where there is no judgment, that’s the reason why Zen Shiatsu is profoundly relaxing.
