Soul massage treatment is a fusion of various techniques that aims to solve tensions in the body generating a state of deep relaxation and general well being. Every session has a duration of 2 hours, starting with a little talk about the client general condition, specific issues and emotional state. Then we will move to the massage table where the actual treatment takes place for 90 minutes, followed by a slow and calm recovery and a feedback moment. The treatment consists in a full body massage with warm oil,( no genitals), and mixes different kinds of touch in various intensity, applied with the hands and the forearms. Hawaiian Lomi- Lomi is known for the long strokes that connects upper and lower body with gentle yet firm pressure, alternating with energic circular localized Swedish style massage to address specific areas of tension and moderately to intense pressure trigger point technique to dissipate knots and contractions. Additionally articular mobilization practices derived from Butoh dance training and postural alignment techniques are applied, specifically addressing the hip joints , the lower back and the shoulders area. Each treatment is shaped on the clients needs trough and intuitional approach, listening deeply to the body reactions to the touch and the clients breathing patterns. I named this treatment Soul massage because it approaches the body as an indivisible unit of physical, energetical and emotional layers constantly interacting and influencing each others. Operating on the physical level trough conscious and sensitive touch it is possible to access deeper layers of subtle energy helping the body to reconnect with itself and activate processes of self healing. While a deep state of relaxation is always to be expected that is matched with a positive shift in self perception, augmented motility and pain relief, this massage can also have positive impact on a deeper emotional state. It is important to bear in mind though that this is a wellness treatment and that in case of acute or recurring symptoms specific medical advise is always recommended. Price :
