This 8-week course offers a loving break from daily life – for your body, your mind, and your well-being. Your baby is welcome and right there with you, but the focus is on you: your needs, your strength, your relaxation.
Our experienced yoga instructor Pat has been teaching this course for many years with great care and a calm, mindful approach. It's not about performance – it's about helping you reconnect with yourself in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether it’s gentle postnatal strengthening, stretching, or just taking a deep breath – the sessions are designed so you can recharge, even if your baby isn’t asleep.
