Reduced shoulder extension. Compensating through the neck.
The instinct is to work directly on the shoulder.

But that's not always where the problem starts 🤓

👉 First, work the thoracic spine. When the upper back is restricted, the shoulder can't move freely.The shoulder needed the back to move first !

👉 Second step : release the nerve. Mobility without neural freedom doesn't last. The nerve running through the shoulder was restricted — creating tension that limited the range of motion and forced the neck to compensate.

By working directly with the nerve, that tension releases. The shoulder finds space it didn't have before.

Two steps. Two different systems. One shoulder that moves better !

Training your core with a cable or rope feels simple — until your lower back starts complaining the next day 🤕

Most of the time, it comes down to two things : the torso rotation and spinal alignment.

When your torso rotates without control, the lower back absorbs the load. And when your spine loses its neutral position mid-movement, the same thing happens — the wrong structures take the strain.

Lower back pain ? Nico, our personal trainer breaks down the Jefferson Curl and why we use it.
This exercise combines controlled strength + stretch through the entire posterior chain (hamstrings, glutes, lower back).

Our team watched to show “Glorious Bodies” at the Chamäleon Theatre ✨ A powerful, moving and deeply human performance about the potential of the body, and how much we tend to underestimate it, especially as we age.

On stage: six performers between 57 and 69 years old. Bodies shaped by decades of circus work. For us, as a practice working with bodies every day, this felt especially meaningful. It reflects what we believe in: bodies are not defined by age or perfection, but by adaptation, experience and continued movement 💪

A beautiful reminder of what the human body is capable of, at any stage of life. Thank you for this inspiring evening! 🙏
