In this workshop we are going to enter a chance of connecting the dots on a deeper level where awareness has no voice, but great wisdom and knowledge: you are going to let your body take its voice that is often unheard, through visualization, movement, breath and sound.

6.12, 18:30-19:30 - FREE EVENT - Heart opening for the holidays with Ash
This free class is inspired by the spirit of giving and receiving. With this practice, I want to welcome December with the intention of keeping the heart open for what this season brings us; from the cozy instincts of curling up in our beds, to the fast-paced blur of Christmas Markets and family time. It will be a combination of sweat and stretch, balancing that dynamic flowing vinyasa rhythm with a low and slow return to breath and body with an emphasis on heart openers. This class welcomes many levels of yogis with any kind of previous experience.

On December 20, we gather on the darkest night of the year to honor the Winter Solstice - a moment when nature turns from darkness back toward the returning light. Together, we celebrate the sacred spark of light within each of us, a reminder that even in long nights, our inner fire continues to shine.
