Myself and Joie from  have joined together to answer some of the most recurrent questions regarding chakras and crystals ~ incl. how to integrate simple rituals into your life to facilitate energetic healing. 

In this workshop, participants will learn about the location of chakras, what their functions are, and how to look out for signs of physical and energetic imbalances.

You will also learn how to cleanse, care for and re-charge your crystals, and learn which crystals can be associated to different chakras.

I will also be giving a short group Reiki session so everyone can experience some chakra balancing at the workshop. 

A selection of crystals and magical tools to assist people in their practice will be on display at the event and available for purchase. Places are limited so make sure to secure your spot in advance by first sending us an email at hello@kismetberlin.com or DM us on Instagram.

After having such an amazing time teaching the first online group Level 1 Reiki Course in March I'm really looking forward to the next one, taking place over Easter Weekend - Sat 11th & Sunday 12th April from 10:30 - 16:30 CEST both days.

The first level of Reiki training is largely about learning a tool for self-healing and personal support. By holding your hands over different positions on your body & other people, you can channel loving energy into these areas to help relieve stress & worry, emotional pain, physical symptoms, and mental turbulence. The first level of Reiki Usui is a great help with releasing tension, a way to support yourself on difficult days, and to help with balancing the mind, body and spirit/ soul.
