Want to try Aerial Hoop but you feel too intimidated? Your motivation is low? You are afraid of stepping into a room full of strangers? Join our 4-week Intro Course and work consistently with one group of people in a welcoming atmosphere ✨.

Each class lasts 75 minutes (the final class is 90+ minutes) and starts completely from scratch. You’ll learn basic grips, mounts, poses, and simple moves, with clear explanations and safe progressions. Classes also include conditioning exercises and at-home practice tips to help you build strength and confidence between sessions.
