Hoop & Rope Weekend is coming this June!

We’re excited to welcome the incredible Freya Pellie for a series of unique workshops blending creativity, technique, and - frankly speaking - some weirdness 🙃.

⭕ Freya's signature Hoop Workshops:
• Potatoes, Explosions, and Pendulums - dynamic hoop movement that truly connects.
• Limb-Based Brain Teasers - Bendy (and faux-bendy!) hoop tricks for those with an inclination for the odd and a desire to confuse their audience.

🪢 Rope Workshop:
• Rope for Weird Critters - a chance to delve into the strange and unusual.

✨ 09:45 – Helmine
After winning her first medal last year, she’s stepping up into a higher category this time. Go Helmine! 💪

✨ 11:05 – Norberto
His second time at DPAM and less than 2 years into hoop 🫨 . That's proof of how fast you can get completely hooked on aerial acrobatics! ⭐

✨ 13:45 – Maike
Together with her coach Sophie, she’s prepared a dynamic and challenging routine. Don’t miss it - you can watch it via the livestream! (Link in Bio)

Our two coaches take the stage with a powerful double hoop routine packed with impressive moves. Definitely one to watch!

Day two of the DPAM is the richest in participation from our studio!

If you’re not in Dessau, you can still watch and cheer from home - check tomorrow in our bio and stories for the link!

On stage that day:

✨ Ania – Competing for the second time and showing enormous progress in both skills and confidence. She started aerials almost 3 years ago, training in hoop, silks, and hammock.

✨ Jette – Her first championship and first solo performance on stage! Her routine highlights the strength of girls and women.

✨ Viktoria – Back for her second DPAM after placing 4th last year. Her routine idea came up during the competitions in 2025 and is inspired by "Mission Impossible" movie.

✨ Olivia - After having fun on stage of the last LUFT showcase, she decided to continue performing and is ready for her first competition!

✨ Janka – Our youngest team member at 8 years old! She brought many of her own ideas into her routine, performed to music by Lindsey Stirling.

✨ Paula – Discovered hoop while living in Costa Rica, where she also “fell in love with flying.” As she says: “It took me some time to find a studio (in Berlin) where I felt comfortable and connected with the people, but I’m really happy I did.”

✨ Sophie – Our main competitions coach and the creator of the championships program at Luft. This Saturday, she will compete on aerial silks for the first time!

✨ Magdalena, Maike, Norberto & Sophie – A funny and chaotic group performance inspired by a well-known kids’ program. Which one? Guess by yourself!

We’re so proud of every single one of them- let’s go team!

From April 10–12, members of our team will take the stage at the German Pole and Aerial Arts Championships (DPAM) .e.v 🇩🇪✨

We are incredibly proud of the journey they’ve taken and how much they’ve grown along the way. Each day, we’ll share our participants, their performance times, and a link in our Stories so you can watch them live if you can’t make it to Dessau.

On Friday, our representative is Loulou! .olimpia 💫
She began her aerial journey just one year ago and, as she says, was instantly hooked. She joined the championships to gain stage experience and because she truly wanted to be part of the team.

Good luck, Loulo! We’re cheering you on! 💛

An diesem Muttertag (10.05.) laden wir euch und euer Kind zu 1,5 Stunden voller gemeinsamer Bewegung, Freude und unvergesslicher Momente in unser Studio ein, begleitet von unseren Trainerinnen Theresa und Sophie .
