Restorative Aerial Yoga ist auch eine wunderbare Wahl für werdende Mütter – sicher, unterstützend und für die Schwangerschaft geeignet.

Introducing: AERIAL SILKS 4-WEEKS INTRO COURSE - for absolute beginners ✨.

A welcoming 4-week aerial silks course designed especially for adult beginners! The course includes 4 meetings with the same small group (max. 8 people), giving you plenty of individual attention from the teacher. No feeling lost or overwhelmed!

Each class lasts 75 minutes (the final class is 90+ minutes) and starts completely from scratch. You’ll learn basic grips, climbs, poses, and simple moves, with clear explanations and safe progressions. Classes also include conditioning exercises and at-home practice tips to help you build strength and confidence between sessions.

Personal guidance and corrections

Conditioning exercises for home

Memo cards to help you remember key elements

A celebratory photoshoot at the end of the course 🎉

Afraid of January gym crowds? 😮 Don’t worry. At LUFT, we keep strict participation limits so you never feel lost in a sea of New Year’s resolutions.

You won’t be playing “Where’s Wally?” 🫠 trying to find your instructor. Our small class sizes ensure you get the attention you deserve.

• Aerial arts classes are capped at 10 participants
• Selected intro classes are limited to just 4 students
• Contortion classes are capped at 7 participants

2025 was the first full year of our little studio, and what a year it was. So much happened, and so much was achieved together as a community.

Countless classes where new friendships were born and new passions discovered. Inspiring workshops with teachers from around the world. First wins and fails. Our very first student shows, our first competitions, and so many goofy moments along the way.

Together, we grew stronger. Here’s to another year of shared struggles, big wins, and lots of laughter.

Unsere Kinderkurse beginnen wieder ab dem 5. Januar 2026 und es sind nur noch einzelne Plätze verfügbar.‼️

✨Wenn dein Kind davon träumt, mit Aerial Acrobatics zu beginnen, ist jetzt der richtige Zeitpunkt!
