25 Euro Gym membership? Easy to skip, time and time again. 15 Euro Yoga class? Not so much.

This gets you over the initial inertia. And then, when the enthusiasm wears off, something else kicks in: The pain and regret of a missed opportunity. It keeps you going when your Schweinehund says no.

Compared to our standard bottom price: If you come twice a week, you save 550 Euro /year. If you come once a week, you save 150 Euro /year.

And the best part? If you do it, you will be forever grateful, and proud. To us, that we pushed you. To yourself, that you made it.

For this, all you need to do is take a stamp card in the studio and tell me personally that you are in.

Then I send you a link to the pricing plan, (these plans are hidden on the website) and the journey begins. Existing plan holders can jump into this journey, too.

LONGEVITY. Another empty shell, false promise, preying on desperation and fear. Trying to fool you with a hook so catchy it is hard to see the truth. Asking you to chase the wrong rabbit, down the wrong hole.

The life is now. And when you live it with this insight, it does not matter whether it lasts another second, or a hundred fifty years.

You can feel infinity. You can feel abundance. And feel the endless well of power it provides, for whatever (noble!) goals you wish to pursue.

And the best part: Nothing is required. No red light, no cacao, no Macha. No antidotes, no Bio hacks. And certainly, no slider (peak silly has come. But more important, how comes that people are so easy to fool, really?!). Quite the opposite, the more you add, the more you take away. The more you cover up.

There is a time for everything. But when everything is always, nothing happens. You cannot mix and match at will.

It is time to chase a different rabbit. The one who leads you down the hole of truth, clarity, and wonder. The one that strengthens your body - and your mind, too.

And please, don't call an ice bath a 'social ritual' and put bikini girls in. Really?! You can do better. And you have the responsibility to do better, too.
