Maya Massage is a relaxed and friendly service run by me, Susie Maya Draper—a fully qualified Swedish massage therapist from the UK with more than eight years’ experience helping people overcome pain, stress and discomfort through targeted treatment. I offer an accessible and affordable way for people to experience the benefits of Swedish massage, with the utmost attention paid to each individual’s personal health requirements. Everything from anxiety and depression to helping your lymph glands flush toxins from your body can be aided with the right combination of pressure and touch. In addition, by promoting better sleep habits, Swedish massage can encourage your body’s natural restorative cycle to ease insomnia, improve skin complexion, and boost your immune system. My approach to massage is both personal and individual, so whether you’re a regular or just stopping in for your first time I’ll be happy to tailor a session to suit you. In all treatments I use the highest possible quality oils, all of which are a great source of vitamins A, B1, B6, and E—vital for maintaining healthy skin. Special event 'CONNECTIONS'

Hey my lovelies, I'm excited to announce that I will be co-creating an event 'CONNECTIONS' with the beautiful Annemarie

Annemarie is all round witchi, yogi, as well as reiki healer and singing bowl and gong facilitator.

'CONNECTIONS' will take place on Saturday November 11th, 8.15pm @ green yoga Xberg with and - cacao - dance - journalling - gong & Tibetan bowls - head & neck massage

The evening will be centered around connection to ourselves and others. We will drink cacao together, allowing the energetics of the cacao to open us up and move our bodies. Feeling joy, release, shaking it all out by dancing. Then slowing down to journal and finally enjoying a cosmic sound bath session by Annemarie, using the powerful & healing vibrations of the gongs & Tibetan singing bowls to allow you to deeply relax, release & heal whilst Susie will give give neck and head massages. Spots are limited to create a cosy community atmosphere & so that everyone gets the to enjoy the magical head & neck massage.

Hi I’m Susie, I run Maya massage where I do Swedish, Ayurvedic, deep tissue massage, as well as energy healing and Lymph drainage. I am starting up massage workshops on how to give massages to friends, family members or your partner, which I‘m really excited about.
I‘m wondering if anyone would like to be an apprentice on learning about holistic therapies? In return I‘m looking for someone who knows a bit of graphics and could do some posters, media posts and any graphics for the workshops. They would also assist me in the workshops being the body I do the massages on ( could be worse haha)

For me this is an exciting new chapter- yesterday I had my coil removed, which I have had in for over 10 years! I’m feeling like I want to know my body again and fully feel my cycles. As like anything our body goes in ebs and flow of wanting to be outwards, shining and then coming inwards to rebuild and rejuvenate like the seasons. Now I will be able to fully track this and listen to what it needs at its different stages.

I am counting my blessings for being able to make this choice of my body. That should never have to be a thing a woman cannot decide to make herself. As woman we bring all humans into this world, we are the givers of life. The choice to sometimes not bring life into this world is a heavy burden to bear, but we know in our guts, heart and womb when we need to make that choice.

There is nothing like the battery charging you get from the sun.

When my mum carried me in her tummy, she lived in a tipi and the sun shon so much she wanted to call me something sounding like -sunshine. When I was born she never told my dad she wanted to call me Susie but when I did finally pop out, my dad handed me to my mum and said ‘ here take Suzanne’ and the love story hasn’t ended.

I love the longest day of the year and love the sunshine and appreciate everything is does for us. I bow to you and drink up your rays. Thank you!

There is nothing like the battery charging you get from the sun.

Ich komme ursprünglich aus Großbritannien und habe mehr als acht Jahre Erfahrung, Menschen durch eine gezielte Behandlung in ihrem Wohlbefinden zu unterstützen.
