Our hearts are full after an amazing weekend in Berlin at ❣️

Founder & CEO Dawn headed to Germany with Case Manager & German Liaison Mirjam to meet with hopeful parents at Wish for a Baby Berlin. 🇩🇪 Dawn led a passionate discussion on the process of matchmaking, Mirjam was able to connect with future families in German, and we sponsored a delicious breakfast with the amazing people we met throughout the weekend. Meet the team! ⭐️ Kylie is US Surrogacy LLC’s Administrative Assistant. She takes care of all in-office operations such as handling medical documents, event preparations, and sending gifts to all GCs and IPs with extra love and care! Kylie started with our team last year and has enjoyed learning more about the surrogacy community. When she’s not working, Kylie loves to read, bake, attend concerts, and spend time with her loved ones (and pets)! 📚🐶 Her favorite part about working in this field is “witnessing firsthand the selflessness of our surrogates and the changed lives of each intended parent. There is such a sincere level of compassion and commitment that encompasses each journey!”

We love having Kylie on the USS team, she puts so much heart into everything she does, and we can’t wait to see what’s to come! 🩷✨

US Surrogacy LLC 2026 Team Retreat! ✨

This week was about more than just being together, it was about rolling up our sleeves and doing the meaningful work side by side. Long days in the office collaborating, brainstorming, problem-solving, and planning for the families we serve. There is something powerful about being in the same room, sharing ideas in real time, and strengthening the systems and heart behind what we do.

And after the work? Bowling, cooking meals together, karaoke nights, card games, and plenty of laughter to go around!

We are so thankful for this intentional time face to face, growing as a team so we can continue growing families around the globe.

Surrogate Spotlight! 🌸 Say hello to GC Chloe who is 3 weeks postpartum after delivering her surrogate baby!

⭐️ Why did you decide to be a surrogate?
“I have wanted to be a surrogate for years. I decided to start the process because I wanted to be able to be part of helping a family achieve the dream of parenthood. I am a mom of 3 myself, and knowing I could help another family was a no brainer. This was something I wanted to be part of my story and I am SO thankful I got such an amazing opportunity.”

⭐️ What was your favorite part about being a surrogate?
“My favorite part about being a surrogate was honestly the whole process start to current, but the moment the baby was born and I got to see the Intended Parents become parents was a life changing experience. It’s nothing I can put into words. You had to be there to see just how amazing that moment was. Meeting such great people and creating life long relationships.”

⭐️ Something fun about yourself?
“Something fun about myself is I love doing crafts. I actually made the Intended Parents a scrapbook of their trip to my state and all the things we have all done together!”

⭐️ Do you have any advice, tips, or words of encouragement for other surrogates?
“I say that if you are even slightly thinking about being a surrogate, that you should try and go through the process. I would have regretted not trying and I 100000% do not regret being a surrogate. There will be times it may feel overwhelming, nervous, all the emotions, etc., but having this amazing team who is there for you makes it all a breeze. This is now a part of my story. I love talking about my journey to others and sharing my experience. It was truly life changing. If you are about to be a surrogate, I’m here to say the journey has just begun and it will continue to flourish your entire life🥰”

It has been such a wonderful time getting to know Chloe throughout her journey and following along with her weekly updates. We feel blessed to have these relationships for life! 🩷

US Surrogacy LLC had the sweetest time in Vegas getting to see some of our amazing surrogates. From big hugs to sugary treats, it was so special to spend time together in person. After a few heartfelt goodbyes, we’re already counting down until the next time we’re reunited. ✨🤍

US Surrogacy LLC was founded on the concept that the entire journey of starting a family should ALWAYS be a personal experience for everyone involved - from the very beginning when intended parents start their research, through the matching of a surrogate/egg donor, all the way through delivery and making sure your family gets safely home. As a former IVF patient, my husband and I experienced what was an overly impersonal and formal experience that often left us feeling frustrated and alone. While many surrogacy agencies will promise a "personal experience" with their organization, you will FEEL personally cared for with US, from the very beginning.

We work with a team of professionals throughout Nevada to ensure that you are in the best hands! Each and every journey is different and the service providers we use are experienced and considered the best in this industry. The entire team is committed to the highest quality of care.
