Holy is Your Work when Autonomy of Self is initiated, manifested and realized. However, sound content is also transmitted within my GROUP formate as well as in programs, workshops or retreats. Each 1:1 COACHING consists of an assessment and vision quest session and at least 1 additional session (I recommend you to book a minimum of 3 additional sessions). Your individual mission, intentions and goals but also patterns, impressions, habits, blockages and non-helpful elements are assessed and analyzed, a subsequent session plan or program is then individually structured, planned, channelled and designed. Together we assess, visualize, initiate and manifest your health & life mission and elevate force and field. While doing Your work is an essential part of your process, you may be gifted with states of sattvic balance and Holyness along your path. HOLY IS YOUR MISSION
As chosen mission, ELEVATION processes shift your ambition and quest into a sustainable and conscious being and Life in Oneness. Your truth you may find in an Autonomy of Self. In doing your work you strive towards perception, opening and realization of your force, of higher fields and dimensions into the universal stream of consciousness. Here You may inhale essences of gross and subtle life. In vibrating higher, blockages, imprints and non-helpful habits resolve, transformation and elevation processes towards a blissful sovereign of Self further deepen. DESIGN
Equipped with method, tools and techniques based upon ancient and modern holistic life and health sciences such as Yoga and yogic elements, āyurveda, and Chinese Medicine, a vast library and 17 years of yoga and holy life sciences studies and practices, I assess, plan and design my formats, sessions and coachings. A previous 21 minutes lasting VISION QUEST and an ASSESSMENT session is essential. Here we explore, assess and analyze your VISION, MISSION and Your future TRANSITION, extract Your individual focal aspects and methods and determine Your work and study schedule. Intuitively and mindfully envisioned and energetically channeled and professionally created, we work along Your mission goals. GUIDANCE
While having studied didactics and methods of teaching as well as psychology throughout my BA / MA of Education career, I gathered tools and techniques to lead and guide individuals and groups. By studying coaching theories, yoga philosophies and holistic life sciences throughout my time as a yoga teacher, I further deepened and adapted guidance and coaching aspects for holy health & live programs. At Your service, I assist and guide you along Your mission towards an elevation of force and field parameters. Since it is predominantly Your work to open up into higher frequencies, I consider myself as a GUIDE or ASSISTANT to back You up on your pathway and holy up your healthlife. TRANSMISSION
When starting Your journey, You have reached a state of emptyness, You have had Your first initiation. You have decided to seek out for more, to develop Your Self and to attain higher spheres of consciousness. With this motion energy equipped Your transformation occurs on an exponential level leading into a stream. Something has called You to start Your journey. This has been Your first transmission. Energy and particle transmission from teacher (creature) to student (creature) and, reciprocal, is not a mystery: since energy is in constant exchange, there is a field created. The more You open up towards other perspectives and dimensions, the more You empty Your Self and accquire a beginner’s mindset. Autonomy of Self is revealed here. Pure consciousness (on physical, cellular, emotional, mental and spiritual levels) begins to flow, higher fields appear as pathways. On a yogic path of consonance - oneness, I am walking along, raising frequencies and assisting in elevating force & field parameters, as my mission. STUDENT
I am an eternal student of energetic alignment shifts into Spheres of Holyness. My mission on Earth is to explore vibrations, sounds, words, and languages, BodyMindSoul communication systems to demystify and reveal higher dimensions. Through insight practices like progessive muscle relaxation and Feldenkreis I reached into my space, got a notion of force and discovered field. When swimming and running in my childhood and youth as well as singing (children’s choir at the Opera) I explored breath. When diving into arts and philosophy studies, I experienced facets of meditation. After a climbing period, without yet taking the lead, I discovered Yoga, Holy Life Sciences, Natural Nutrition, stones and plants and Capoeira Angola as emancipation practices (and starting to take the lead), which up to the present moment I follow along. A deepened Autonomy of Self evolved, when I channeled about parameters of identity and consciousness processes. Holy living began to evolve. Meditating and studying Holy Life Sciences and Holy Nutrition, I have tapped into universal consciousness, transcending limitations and connecting with divine wisdom. TEACHER & PREACHER
As a HOLY LIFE DESIGN coach and holistic guide, I lead sessions, courses, workshops, and retreats, with the goal to assist you on your path of ELEVATION by developing a self-empowerment literacy through transformative tools and techniques such as YOGA +|- THERAPY, HOLY NUTRITION, INSIGHT PRACTICES and KA SYSTEM (Energy methods). My programs of HOLY LIFE DESIGN consist of transpersonal DEVELOPMENT & TRANSFORMATION HEALTH & LIVE DESIGN, GUIDANCE and TRANSMISSION. In present time I offer 1:1 coachings in Yoga and Yoga Therapy (Yoga Cikitsa) as well as Natural Nutrition and KA SYSTEM (Energy Methods) as well as a weekly group YOGA +|- THERAPY session in Berlin-Weißensee and a regular WOMAN’s CIRCLE. Shea Butter (Vitellaria paradoxa): Traditional Phytotherapeutic Use
Shea butter is a lipid-rich botanical preparation derived from the nuts of the Shea (Karité/Katie) tree and widely used in West African traditional

In The Gambia, shea butter is traditionally applied to the skin for protection against intense sun exposure and environmental stress. We are already using quite a lot of Ledum, here in , . I am glad to have brought my to add guidance and for the kickstart of our system. Mosquitoes are there in the early mornings and evenings but with Ledum in C200, diluted with water, the itching does not last long and bites heal quickly.
I really appreciate Sir Ravi Roy and his travel homeopathy guide: best remedy to keep mosquitoes off of your field: Moorfee essence…
Why can we not start to reflect: when destroying nature, we raise mosquito tribulations up to a maximum because we kill Natural habitats for mosquitoes enemies…please, Gambia, take this into account!

An diesem Wochenende ist es mir in Gnade gegönnt, ein weiteres Seminar im Rahmen meiner Heilarbeits-Ausbildung an der zu besuchen. Einige für mich fundamentale, tiefe und essentielle, schamanischen Erfahrungen geschahen auf meinem Weg; meistens dann, wenn ich aus dem gewohnten Setting ausgebrochen bin und ganz alleine war. Initiationen waren häufig auch schamanischer Natur .

Sehr oft wünschte ich mir einen Lehrer und Meister. Es ist anstrengend den Weg immer alleine zu gehen. Ich wusste jedoch auch, dass mein Lehrer in mir liegt; dass ich reines Licht bin: auf meinem Weg, meiner Arbeit, in meiner eigenen Lehre. Ich fühle heute die Autonomie meines Selbst, ich erkenne.

Ich werde meinen Weg in Ausbildung noch viele Jahre weiter gehen. Bestimmt werde ich noch die nächsten 25 Jahre alles vertiefen, erweitern und assimilieren. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich auf einige Lehrer:Innen getroffen bin, die mich auf dem Weg begleiten:
