Exploring the Foundations of Vinyasa
Step onto your mat and rediscover the beauty of moving with awareness. In this workshop, we’ll slow things down to uncover the foundations of Vinyasa yoga. Through breath, alignment, and mindful transitions, you’ll build a steady, confident, and safe practice that supports you in any class.
This course is ideal for beginners in yoga, seasoned practitioners who would like to review and work on alignment of asanas using props, as well as yoga teachers who would like to observe how to teach yoga at beginner level.

FROM GROUND TO AIR - ARM BALANCES
Kakasana, Bakasana, Astavakrasana & Eka Pada Galavasana
Balance begins with grounding.
In this workshop, we dive into the practice of arm balances, exploring how focus, openness, and stability come together to create both lightness and lift.
Through a thoughtfully sequenced practice, we prepare the body and mind:
We open the hips, engage the core, and build confidence in the delicate balance between strength and release.
We will explore each arm balance:
-Kakasana – Crow Pose, a balance that strengthens the shoulders, arms, and core while refining your sense of balance.
-Bakasana – Crane Pose, challenging coordination, arm strength, and core control.
-Astavakrasana – a side arm balance that combines spinal twist, flexibility, and core engagement.
-Eka Pada Galavasana – a hip-opening variation that tests balance, flexibility, and core stability.
