The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced approximately $2.21 billion in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding for cities, counties, states, and local community-based organizations in fiscal year (FY) 2021.

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides care and treatment services to low-income people with HIV, with a strong focus on health equity and addressing social determinants of health.

Der 10. Deutsch-Österreichische AIDS-Kongress (DÖAK) wird wie geplant vom heute 25. bis 27. März 2021, aber in virtueller Form, stattfinden. Das Kongressmotto des DÖAK 2021 lautet “40 Jahre HIV/AIDS – Pandemien gestern und heute“. Unter diesem Aspekt finden auch dieses Mal Workshops für alle statt, die sich im Bereich HIV/AIDS fortbilden möchten. Neben psychosozialen Themen werden Einblicke in die neuesten Forschungsergebnisse u.a. zu den Themen Antiretrovirale Therapie, PrEP und HIV-Impfung gewährt.
The 10th German-Austrian AIDS Congress (DÖAK) will take place as planned from today March 25th to 27th, 2021, but in virtual form. The congress motto of the DÖAK 2021 is "40 years of HIV/AIDS - pandemics yesterday and today". Under this aspect, workshops will also be held this time for anyone who would like to learn more about HIV/AIDS. In addition to psychosocial topics, insights will be provided into the latest research findings on topics such as antiretroviral therapy, PrEP and HIV vaccination.
