For a some years, I have been supporting people throughout difficult periods of their lifes. It is very important to me to view each personal life situation or each specific problem in its singularity.
The therapeutic process provides the opportunity to try to tread new paths. Also, it offers a chance to bring up difficult subjects, that are held back in everyday life out of concern or shame.
Within this process, I see myself as a companion, who shows you appreciation for what you have achieved so far. At the same time, I offer you new perspectives in order to identify new possibilities. Because every crisis provides the opportunity to learn something new about yourself, and to grow stronger.
