For more than 20 years, DOCERAM Medical Ceramics GmbH has engaged in the development and manufacture of zirconium oxide components for dental technology. The Nacera® brand and Nacera® Pearl series of the same name offer dental technicians a zirconium oxide material combining high bending strength and optimum aesthetics. Milling centres and dental laboratories around the world are convinced. To enable the zircon machining process to be completed in the laboratory, we supply high-quality Nacera® process optimisation products and other accessories for finalising full monolithic restorations.

Completion of the portfolio: Dental Direkt GmbH takes over DOCERAM Medical Ceramics
Dental Direkt GmbH takes over DOCERAM Medical Ceramics GmbH (DMC), an experienced specialist for highly esthetic zirconia products in the dental field. With this acquisition, Dental Direkt takes a further step towards its goal of strengthening its market position as a leading global dental company with a very high level of competitiveness and innovative power.
The synergy potential of both companies also leads to a significantly improved service offering for customers and patients. As Europe's leading manufacturer of digital zirconia and a full-service provider for the digital workflow, Dental Direkt is also realizing an important growth step with this acquisition.
With the zirconia product type multilayer Nacera® Pearl Natural, DMC closes a gap in the Dental Direkt product portfolio. In the future, manufacturing and processing will be integrated into Dental Direkt's efficient and automated production processes.

Dental Direkt übernimmt DOCERAM Medical Ceramics

Die Dental Direkt GmbH übernimmt die DOCERAM Medical Ceramics GmbH (DMC) aus Dortmund, einen erfahrenen Spezialisten für hochästhetische Zirkonoxid-Produkte im zahnmedizinischen Bereich. Damit geht die Dental Direkt einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung des Ziels, ihre Marktposition als weltweit führendes Dentalunternehmen mit einer sehr hohen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Innovationskraft zu festigen. Die Synergiepotentiale beider Unternehmen führen zudem zu einem deutlich verbesserten Serviceangebot für Kunden und Patienten.

Dental Direkt als Europas führender Hersteller von digitalem Zirkonoxid und als Komplettanbieter für den digitalen Workflow realisiert mit dieser Übernahme zugleich einen wichtigen Wachstumsschritt.
Mit dem Zirkonoxid-Produkt Typen-Multilayer Nacera® Pearl Natural schließt die DMC eine Lücke im Dental Direkt-Produktportfolio. Die Herstellung und Verarbeitung wird in Zukunft in die effizienten und automatisierten Produktionsprozesse von Dental Direkt eingebunden.

Pearl Natural is a multi-layer system of the latest generation and combines the high translucency of cubic with the strength of tetragonal zirconia.
Due to our carefree handling system it is possible to position the connectors even in the upper translucent part of the disc.
For the needed strength of dental bridges, the position of the connectors is also possible in the uppermost highly translucent layer without any problems.
