A rich, honest, and thought-provoking discussion: This time our regular quarterly Board Touchpoint, hosted by our CFO Jan Teetz, explored the balance between clear leadership direction and entrepreneurial freedom.

A key takeaway: leadership creates clarity not through control, but through clear communication of purpose and expectations — and how we communicate matters just as much. Clarity and freedom are not opposites — they reinforce each other. Leadership sets the direction while enabling initiative.

The session left us again energized and definitely with some personal reflection take aways. Thanks go out to everybody who joint into the mutual exchange.

As today is World Polar Bear Day, we wanted mark the occasion by giving you a short update about one of our coolest customers. Her name’s Nanuq and she’s a polar bear who suffered from neurodermatitis, itchy skin and fur loss. However, when she took PETAGILE® – our Bioactive Collagen Peptides for animals – for three months, her skin and fur complaints improved significantly.
