✦ STRONG MAMA REFORMER ✦

This modern, mindful Reformer class is designed specifically for pregnant women to stay strong, mobile, and deeply connected to their changing bodies.

This class is led by Karsten, our experienced and highly trusted prenatal instructor. It focuses on safe, low-impact movement that supports strength, posture, core stability, and breath awareness through every stage of pregnancy.

Using the Reformer machine, we help relieve tension, improve circulation, and prepare both body and mind for birth and recovery — always with personal attention and care.

Leave class feeling empowered, supported, and refreshed — just the way a Mama should.

Level: All levels welcome

• Yoga & Pilates at Werfthaus

We’re hosting our second summer sessions at Dima Specialty Coffee. At 10:00 AM, Eva will guide an outdoor Yoga session, and at 11:00 AM, Sophia will lead a spicy outdoor Pilates class. Located right next to the Main river, you’ll connect under the open sky with relaxed vibes and fresh air.

Please bring your own mat.

Date: 10.08. at 10:00 AM & 11:00 AM

• Yoga in Park

Yoga in Park season is on!! The sessions will take place at Oppenheimer Platz, close to the studio. After the yoga session we will grab a community coffee altogether - the perfect time to meet more faces and connect with the community.

Dates: 09.08., 16.08., 23.08. & 30.08. At 08:30 AM
