Ibrahim was 5 years old with fibular hemimelia غياب كامل في عظم الشظية Deformity and shortness of leg more than 11 cm , was done as a first stage removal of fibular redumentum and application of External hinge fixation system Salamehfix 1 for Lengthening, correction of axial deviations and adding another hinge fixation for foot Salamehfix 2
I follow him for 5 years and now second stage was done with Lengthening and treatment of knee contracture. Now equal leg.
