The high quality requirements that we set for our products have not changed since Hermann Medizintechnik GmbH was launched in 1961. For us, highest standard means vast experience coupled with the latest production technology – always meeting the high requirements demanded of our products through developments in medical and surgical techniques; listening and responding to our clients’ requests and continuing with our tradition of innovation. In 1969, we started to manufacture surgical tungsten carbide scissors. We were the first company in Europe and the second worldwide to do so. Then came the “Minimal Invasive Surgery“ challenge in the late 1980s: Hans Hermann GmbH invested copiously in the field of MIC instruments and consolidated its position in this new marketplace with considerable success. This could be partly attributed to the continuing training of employees who set the basis for our current product range through their targeted and motivated approach. The range comprises MIC instruments and accessories for laparoscopy, arthroscopy and urology.

1995 witnessed a soar in the production of implant systems. Plates and screws manufactured from high-quality pure titanium – initially for maxillary and facial surgery, and later for hand, radial and foot surgery. Obviously we are dedicated to constantly expanding and rounding off our implant portfolio.

Du denkst Zerspanung ganzheitlich – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Bauteil?

Bei uns programmierst und richtest du nicht nur Maschinen ein – du gestaltest Prozesse, entwickelst Lösungen für komplexe Bauteile und bringst dein Know-how aktiv in Neuprojekte und die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung ein.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Rüsten von 5-Achs Fräsmaschinen und Automation für komplexe Werkstücke
• Einfahren und selbstständige Korrektur der Maschine
• Prüfen der Werkstücke nach Zeichnung und Prüfplan bei Einrichtung und während der laufenden Produktion
• Planung und Vorbereitung folgender Rüstvorgänge für reibungslose Abläufe
• Ansprechpartner für Maschinenbediener bei Störungen

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Zerspanung oder Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen
• Berufserfahrung wünschenswert – engagierte Berufseinsteiger erhalten bei uns ebenfalls eine echte Chance
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hermle-Bearbeitungszentren und Heidenhain-Steuerungen von Vorteil
