Reminder. In a world quick to judge, remember, they only see fragments of your journey. And if, by chance, they get to learn more about you and your life and still continue to do so - remember one thing:

As within - so without.

Turn their finger around & point it at them.
It’s called projection in psychology. And it’s a defense mechanism to protect their own reality (shame, anger, negativity or other low vibe emotions) - & in order to do so - project it outward onto you. But it comes from the very essence of the other person. Tune into love - take that good vibration & If you want to feel anything - feel sorry for them to feel that way. They are locked in their own world, they will only see yours if they leave that low state. Send them love & go your way.

Treasure your kind, loving heart & nature. The world needs this so much. Don’t let others take that softness away. Just learn how to use it as a power for sharing more love. Keep the softness alive. The world needs this so much - pure hearts. We have to be strong to keep our spirits high. Remove yourself if you’re not strong enough to handle this.

So if you’re a kind, loving & caring person with good intentions and a good heart - RUN. Protect your sanity & positive energies above all & send them love 🙏🏽🩵✨

1️⃣ Prioritize Nutrient-Rich Foods: It’s crucial to focus on foods packed with essential nutrients like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins. These foods can help support your body and mind during times of stress, providing the necessary vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to keep you feeling your best.

2️⃣😅 Plan and Prepare Ahead: Plan your meals and snacks in advance, especially during busy or stressful periods. Meal prepping can save time and energy, making it easier to stick to healthy eating habits even when life gets hectic. I’m still trying to get good at this 😅 - I’m more of an in-the-moment-person for sure! Are you?

3️⃣ Practice Mindful Eating: Incorporate mindfulness techniques into your meals and/or cooking to help reduce stress and increase healthy eating habits. Slow down, savor each bite, and pay attention to hunger and fullness cues - don’t watch TV or anything, focus on the joyful moment of the food. Mindful eating can help prevent overeating, reduce emotional eating, and create a greater appreciation for food and its nourishing benefits.

🤣 I’m definitely no pro in all of those points 😅 and in normal day to day life it’s okay, but if there are periods of stress - this definitely helps sticking with healthy eating habits & pushes the overall wellbeing.

💯🔥Reason 3 is one of the biggest - research suggests that approximately 80%-95% of diets fail. Aren’t those numbers insane? When I first heard them, I thought - wow! Makes so much sense!

Reason number 3 is the most underrated reason on why diets fail and not work in the first place - nor long term.
