Harmony is not something we create it’s something we remember.
In this Masterclass, we explored that harmony isn’t just “beautiful sound,” but a universal principle woven into all of life. The same natural ratios that make music feel pleasing appear in nature’s spirals, flowers, seashells, planetary cycles, and even in our own bodies.

Even newborn babies prefer harmony over dissonance before they can speak or learn.
They relax when they hear consonant intervals and become unsettled with disharmony.
This means harmony is not taught it is innate.

We recognize harmony because we are made of it.
Our cells, our heartbeat, our breath, and our emotions all follow the same laws of proportion, resonance, and coherence.

When we notice harmony in sound or in nature, something deep within us remembers its original state.

The power of sound, mindfulness & resting showing reflecting from the outside to the inside and from the inside to the outside.

We can learn to embody the truth that there is a harmony, agreement, and correspondence between the layers of manifestation, life and being.

When I look inside I see nothing when I look outside I see everything.

Experiencing the aliveness within & stillness without. Beauty only seen when empty inside to receive & with the connection to all of life.

This love for this of life for everything. This love - freedom.

My intention is to ground more and open the heart of love & compassion unconditionally.
I am beyond grateful for all the souls I meet (yes, that includes you) the expanding moments that ask for a deeper connection with the trust of self. And the moments of beauty with those I have loved from the fist moment.

Thank you for forgiving me my spontaneity & understanding my longing for the freedom of soul. This journey where we meet a moment so precious a spark of eternity 🌞🏹🕊🤍

one month.

went to a retreat, enjoyed Paris, renovated the studio kitchen, hosted a reiki course, welcomed 200 crystal bowls & taught my sound course 💛

so grateful for all the things flowing & coming into my life. it’s colourful & abundant. sometimes a lot & most of the time it’s exactly who I am 🌞

Talks with the inspiring .ych about food, love, work, health.

We were also talking about HD. Not such a big fan of astrology, human design & so on bc often it’s just used as another way of labelling & limiting ourselves. Often not intentional but we humans tend to do that…:) we do not need more ideas of who we are & why we are who we are.

Klara has a way of sharing this in a way that’s not restricting not enhancing the mind. Truly free, open to all that is. Thank you.

In the end it doesn’t matter it’s not about I am this and so I…

it’s about who we want to be and leaving our labels behind. Becoming who we are, embodying our true self as pieces or not 🐠
It’s about the wisdom inside. The wisdom of our hearts, observing mindfully our lives & actions.

This is the path of Reiki. This is spiritual maturity. Practices to liberate ourselves, the heart.
To express who we are (not the HD, not the zodiac sign, not the personality test, not the name, not the job, not the relationship). We must be aware when used not with clear intention we create more separation with those systems.

Most important.
What is our intention?
What do we want to create?
How can I create more harmony? More love?
What is our intention of the heart?
This is our true spiritual practice.
The expansion of our hearts of our kindness.
The compassion we carry for ourselves and others.
To let go of ideals, concepts & of labels this is the path of awakening.

To be free here & now.
Being true to ourselves & leaving behind the labels.
