How many of you remember this setting? For a short time only, I offered sessions at dusk from my home in South Knoxville, overlooking the wilderness. However, the place I miss the most, is just down the hill, and I miss that place every #$@& day.

While it's not easy to give a massage across an ocean, we're going to channel an experience that delivers the same benefit. That's the aim- so that you can walk out of the sanctuary of a healing session and back into your life nurtured, released, with more energy, focus, and connection to all that is.

I miss you all, and so looking forward to seeing more of you again. Listen up for the offer coming. It's going to be super generous, and will evolve by the next new moon!

Everyone asks what my timeline is... Let's just say, that if you need bodywork, please don't tarry. Truly.. I will announce once I have definitive dates, and believe me, three years of uncertainty has built some character in this human. But, I have a little energy left and I want to share with my community.

I've been quiet this year, working deeply and emotively in my own processes, studying a new language, and preparing myself for the next journey in Life. One thing that keeps me both grounded and flying is this amazing work I get to do, and I'm about to dive deeper (into the jaw and the temples) this weekend. If you are seeking change as well, I am eager to assist.

Ok, I'm ready to come out now:

For the last 10 years, I've been an Usui Reiki practitioner and student, and since last year, a master. On Sunday, I graduated with master-teacher of Holy Fire, Karuna Reiki, and Usui credentials. The Holy Fire is a very new experience, for most earthlings, since last year. Yes, there are flames coming out of my hands now. In fact, I'm completely engulfed, in a very cool, breezy, gentle, ethereal way. If you are intrigued to receive or learn more, just ask for it, and the energy seems to work on its own.

On one hand, it's totally harmless, and I've dealt with my own judgement issues about selfies and the narcissism they enhance, and even my own insecurities about what others selfies being up for me.

I also like to live in the moment, and the personal moments, especially with others, are stored vividly in my heart and memory. And sometimes, I take a selfie of my food.

Last week, when I discovered selfies of my 6 year old niece on my phone (I now have a passcode, thank you), I became alarmed. Not only is she good at taking them, the sultry, pouty, the features of self-absorption were present. Where's the self-acceptance and contentment? If she takes this feedback about herself at 6, what will she need at 13? How will she be empowered as a young lady? All these questions...

I don't know that the selfie culture is wrong, but I am curious, because my job as a healer and an aunt will have to morph.
