Our commitment to quality also means acting sustainably and taking responsibility.
Celebrating 80 years of HEINE OPTOTECHNIK also means taking action: as one of our anniversary initiatives, we rolled up our sleeves and created a 350-meter hedge behind our company building.

Included are blackthorn, hawthorn, wild rose, Scotch broom, forsythia, and many other shrubs – a valuable habitat for insects and birds. 🌿🐦

Thanks to the fantastic support of Alfred Hoy Gartengestaltung and the impressive teamwork of our colleagues, we finished twice as fast as planned.

To wrap things up, we enjoyed a well-deserved snack on the terrace – enjoying things together is just as much a part of it as working together.

Zu unserem Qualitätsanspruch gehört es auch, nachhaltig zu handeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen, deswegen haben wir passend zum 80. Geburtstag von HEINE OPTOTECHNIK gemeinsam angepackt: Hinter unserem Firmengebäude ist eine rund 350 Meter lange Hecke entstanden.

Mit dabei: Schlehe, Weißdorn, Wildrose, Edelginster, Forsythie und viele weitere Sträucher – ein wertvoller Lebensraum für Insekten und Vögel. 🌿🐦

Dank der großartigen Unterstützung von Alfred Hoy Gartengestaltung und der beeindruckenden Teamleistung unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen waren wir doppelt so schnell fertig wie geplant.

Zum Abschluss gab’s eine wohlverdiente Brotzeit auf der Terrasse – gemeinsam genießen gehört eben genauso dazu wie gemeinsam anpacken.

From festive dinner to ice-cold competition ❄

This year’s Christmas party had everything we could ask for: a great dinner, amazing food, and lots of
good conversations 🎄

After dinner, we jumped straight into our favorite tradition – curling.
Competitive spirit, lots of laughs, and some surprisingly impressive skills on the ice!

In the end, we celebrated three winning teams, with the IT department stealing the spotlight this year.
Two IT teams made it onto the podium and one of them even took home the overall victory!

The perfect mix of fun, team spirit, and great memories to wrap up the year. Thanks to everyone who
made this evening so special ✨

We are happy to welcome 16 new apprentices who have just started their professional training with HEINE this September.

To help everyone get to know each other better, the trainees took part in a team-building activity: building the tallest spaghetti tower with a marshmallow at the top. A creative and entertaining way to strengthen teamwork and break the ice! 🧊

During a company tour, they were able to take a closer look behind the scenes of our production and “Quality made in Germany”.

We were especially pleased to provide our guests with a visionPRO video laryngoscope for the Training Center for Emergency Medicine and Simulation – actively supporting the education of medical professionals.💪🏼
