Let the resonant tones of the Gong and Crystal Bowls wash over you, gently clearing stagnant energy and inviting a sense of renewal, peace, and deep rest.
In this sacred space, we’ll focus on the energy of rejuvenation—welcoming the beauty, abundance, and feminine radiance that surrounds and lives within us. You’ll be held in a circle of support, where it’s safe to soften, release, and simply be.
We’ll begin barefoot, moving gently within the Garden Mandala, connecting to the Earth’s heartbeat and the grounding embrace of Nature. With every step, you’ll attune to the vibration of Mother Earth, feeling her support beneath your feet.
Then we’ll move indoors for restorative yin-inspired movement, weaving in breath-work, mantra, and gentle trance practices to calm the nervous system, open the Heart, and prepare the body to receive.
You’ll then be bathed in the powerful healing frequencies of the Symphonic Gong and Crystal Bowls—a deeply therapeutic sound immersion designed to Rejuvenate, align your energy and awaken the deeper intelligence within.
We’ll complete our journey with nourishing tea and fresh fruit, sharing quiet presence, connection, or simple joy as you integrate the experience.
