Hello Yogis,
Fall is finally here. Which means... it's time to get cozy in some wool socks, light those candles, blanket during Savasana, followed by a warm cup of tea post yoga. Can't wait to spend some time with you back on the mat again during my favorite time of the year.
Some additional news, I will be bringing back my 'Morning Stretch' classes at 9am (6âŹ) as well as an additional evening class 'Yin Yang Flow' on Wednesday at 6.30pm (10âŹ). Both classes will be held by me over Zoom. Please pay for these classes directly to me over my PayPal account: https://www.paypal.me/yogikieu. Password will be sent following payment. Please RSVP no later than 24 hours the classes.
Class Description
Morning Stretch- This class will help target those places in the body that might need a little extra space breathed into them after a night's sleep. Set your intention for the day so you'll be able to bring happy thoughts and space to your mind. A wonderful way start the day off on the and set yourself up for a positive, productive, successful day!
Yin Yang Flow- This class will be a blend of two practices. The first half will be a dynamic flow filled with standing asanas and the second half will bring you back down onto the mat in to a more restorative and relaxation state. The practice of yin yang flow will helps you learn about stillness in movement and the flow in stillness.
