Happy New year 2023!!

2022 was a great year.. it taught us many things at every front, let it be personal or professional.. we should just know that no situation is permanent, things change, life is always about how we take this change and how wisely make the decisions. We can always make a new start and start from the scratch.
Made many new friends, faced different situations, had many new acquaintances and learnt new lessons of life.
Started new ventures, , ,

This is was a great year for Ayurveda too. We had and celebrations in different cities in Germany and many other countries, online offline, and We feel blessed to be part of it and propagate Ayurveda and Yoga in Europe.

A late post about Ayurveda and Yoga Festival!!

It was pleasure and honour to be a part of Ayurveda and Yoga festival in Hannover organised by Mr. Akash Nair and team, Moksha Yoga, Hannover.

Everyone were overwhelmed with the Guru pooja in the starting where traditional method of Guru Pooja with felicitation was done to all the eminent speakers.
It was a great experience in total.
In Health and Sport University, Hannover with many doctors, yoga practitioners and Ayurveda lovers were a part of the seminar.
Amazing coordination and organisation indeed!!

Celebrate the 8th International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2022 at the Hamburger Rathausmarkt, Hamburg

The Consulate General of India, Hamburg invites everyone to celebrate the 8th International Day of Yoga (IDY-2022) on Tuesday, 21 June 2022 from 1100-1300 hrs at the Hamburger Rathausmarkt (in front of Hamburg Rathaus). The event will be celebrated in the presence of various yoga institutes, hundreds of yoga enthusiasts, members of the Consular corps, prominent persons from the Indian Diaspora and German friends of India.

While the event is open for all and there is no participation fee, participants are requested to register their names in advance to help us make arrangements.
