💥 His name is Robert Förstemann — but in the cycling world, he’s known simply as “Quadzilla.” 💥
And that nickname isn’t an exaggeration — his legs are a masterpiece of raw power and precision. ⚙️
🇩🇪 Robert is a German track cyclist, a world champion sprinter, capable of producing such incredible force that his thighs measure over 73 cm in circumference — almost the same as an average person’s waist! 😳
His training is a brutal mix of strength and discipline:
🏋️♂️ Squats with up to 280 kg,
⚡ explosive routines that activate every single muscle fiber.
The result?
On the track, he can reach speeds of 70 km/h, powered by nothing but his own legs.
When Quadzilla pedals, he doesn’t just move a bike —
he moves the limits of human potential. 🦵🔥
