On August 1st, I celebrated my 6th anniversary of following protocols. 🎉​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I'm also thrilled to have finally transitioned off the mono diet, which I followed for 477 days. I then completed the 3-6-9 simplified cleanse and am now in my first round of back-to-back cleanses. While it’s not easy and I’m again experiencing some nausea, I’m aiming to complete it again just like I did last time with the advanced. Everything has improved – I feel absolutely amazing, with much more energy and regulated digestion. Everything is going incredibly well right now!

A huge thank you to Medical Medium and his protocols for giving me back so much quality of life and hope. Medical Medium is truly the best!

The second round of 3-6-9 is still tough – not as tough as the advanced, but still not easy. For anyone else on this journey, know that it's okay to take a one-week break and not do a full back-to-back cleanse, especially if you're dealing with a heavy load of toxins. Keep pushing forward, and remember that every step you take brings you closer to your goal.
