We’re reflecting on an outstanding BISS 2025 weekend in Antwerp.

Thank you to the organizers, faculty, and the more than 400 participants who contributed to an outstanding international exchange on the future of spine care.
A special highlight was our Lunch Symposium, led by Christoph Hofstetter, who also chaired a scientific session and delivered two excellent presentations in the main program. His insights reinforced what was evident throughout the meeting: endoscopy is a central topic in today’s spine discussions and continues to play a major role in shaping minimally invasive treatment pathways.

With 15 exhibitors and a program focused on Robotics, Endoscopy, and AI, the BISS once again demonstrated how rapidly the field is evolving — and how essential endoscopic techniques are in advancing smarter, safer, and less invasive spine surgery.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth and engaged with us in Antwerp. We look forward to continuing the conversation.

joimax at the 16th Thai SMISST in Bangkok

Last week, joimax® together with our partner Phoenix joined the 16th Thai SMISST Conference in Bangkok.
We supported two cadaveric workshop stations, enabling around 20 spine surgeons to train unilateral biportal endoscopy as well as uniportal lumbar and cervical decompression under the guidance of Dr. Abhirat Suepsing, Dr. Suthipas Pongmanee, and Dr. Woraphot Wichan.

During the lunch symposium, Dr. Siravch Suvithayasirias and Dr. Wachirapong Chana led an engaging session on the Trans-SAP Technique and the joimax TESSYS® TRANS SAP System, which generated strong interest among participants.

A heartfelt thank-you to all involved experts and to our partner Phoenix for their outstanding support.

After the conference, our APAC team visited Walailak University Hospital, where Dr. Pong Wachirapong performed two endoscopic interlaminar decompressions using the joimax® Navento® Tower and Intracs® Navigation System, showcasing safe en-bloc flavectomy with reduced radiation exposure.

Thank you Dr. Wachirapong on hosting us and showcasing such an elegant technique.
