🇩🇪 Und auch in diesem Jahr haben wir die QM- Rezertifizierung ohne Mängel bestanden. Super Teamarbeit :)
Wir sind ein qualitätszertifiziertes Unternehmen nach DIN EN ISO 9001.
Aber was bedeutet das? Qualitätsmanagement beschreibt die systematische Optimierung, Planung und Steuerung von Abläufen
mit Blick auf deren Qualität. Jedes Jahr lassen wir unsere Klinik erneut prüfen und rezertifizieren. Das machen wir freiwillig, weil
wir selbst einen hohen Anspruch an uns haben. QM umfasst in einem Unternehmen konkrete Maßnahmen, die dafür sorgen,
dass Prozesse sich stetig verbessern und ein hoher Standard gewährleistet ist. Interne und externe Kommunikation, Hygiene und Arbeitsabläufe unterliegen einer durchgehend ganzheitlichen Betrachtung, auch aus Patientenperspektive, und werden stetig
optimiert von uns. QM ist arbeitsintensiv und bedeutet hohes Engagement von jedem einzelnen Teammitglied. Und so ein Team
sind wir und wir sind stolz darauf.
Warum machen wir das? Wir wollen, dass Sie als Patient, der vielleicht schon vor über 20 Jahren bei uns war, immer noch den gleichen hohen Qualitätsstandard vorfindet wie damals. Es ist wichtig, dass ein Unternehmen sich fortwährend weiterentwickelt, um einem hohen Standard zu halten. Wir haben es uns zum Ziel gesetzt niemals nachzulassen, sondern uns stetig zu verbessern. QM ist für uns mehr als eine Zertifizierung, es ist eine Arbeitseinstellung. Und die leben wir hier.

We are a quality-certified company according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
But what does that mean? Quality management describes the systematic optimization, planning and control of processes with regard to their quality. Every year we have our clinic re-inspected and recertified. We do this voluntarily because we have high expectations of ourselves. In a company, QM includes concrete measures that ensure
that processes continually improve and a high standard is guaranteed. Internal and external communication, hygiene and
workflow are subject to a consistently holistic view, including the patient's perspective, and are constantly optimized by us. QM is labor-intensive and requires a high level of commitment from every single team member. And that’s the kind of team we are. And we are proud of it.
Why are we doing this? We want you, as a patient who may have been with us over 20 years ago, to still find the same high quality standards as you did on your past stay with us. It is important that a company continually develops to maintain high standards. We have set ourselves the goal to never subside, but to constantly improve. For us, QM is more than a certification, it is a work attitude. And it’s our attitude.
