TRE is a technique developed by David Berceli which activates the innate body tremors all mammals have in order to relieve (chronic) muscular tension and to recover from traumatizing experiences. This can be done in an easy and safe way and it is the natural way to restore the bodies (chemical) balance and deeply relax certain core muscles. TRE is being taught and accepted worldwide and provides people with a simple yet powerful transforming self-help tool to deal with (chronic) stress and tension, issues based on fear, pain in the body, addiction and more. Simply it paces down the autonomic nervous system when it's in a of fight or flight response and therefore gives us the possibility to get back the control.
