From Apprentice to Managing Director – An Amazing Journey 🚀

After 44 years at Gebr. Brasseler GmbH & Co. KG, we say goodbye to Klaus Rübesamen as he begins his well-deserved retirement 🎉.

Klaus Rübesamen started in 1981 as an apprentice. 👨‍💼 Through dedication, openness, and a passion for international markets 🌐, he advanced continuously in his career. In 2005, he became Managing Director 🏢 and led the company with reliability, responsibility, and strong values. 💙 His leadership style was characterized by trust and long-term thinking. He believed in people, built strong partnerships across borders, and lived the values of a family-owned company every day.

His story shows what makes Komet Dental unique: commitment over decades 🔒, trust-based leadership, and the opportunity to grow together.

His departure represents continuity. The Komet Dental business unit has been managed by Stephan Köhler, CEO, since 2024 and the other areas of responsibility have also been taken over within the existing management team.

We would like to thank Klaus Rübesamen 🙏, for everything he has done. His name is and remains closely associated with trust, respect, and the Komet Dental brand in the dental world.🌟
