As an actress, speaker and editor, I have learned a lot about the human Mind, the Needs, Emotions and Motivations that drive us.
As a mother of six wonderful, different and unique children (as we all are different and unique), I have learned even more about how crucial a strength-related approach and a supportive environment is for a healthy being's development.
After experiencing Hurt and Loss in multiple ways, I felt I didn’t have much left except for the Love towards my children and Hope that someday living will be worth being called a Life again. One and a half years ago I thought I had the lowest point of my Life, but I now realize, it was not. It was literally a new start. I started to change. I went to therapy because of narcissistic abuse, overcame Trauma and was able to heal childhood wounds. During this time, I found out more about Jay Shetty. As I saw him doing kickboxing, I decided I will do this too! I hired a Coach, started kickboxing three times a week and found my way back to inner strength. I quit drinking Alcohol, eating animal related stuff, got great support for us at home and fought myself back to a powerful Life. When Covid happened, I jumped in the Jay Shetty certification school as a founding member and this literally brought me to a higher Level. Now I have graduated as the first german JSCS Coach. Through the journey I grew as a Coach and as a person. I never felt the Freedom and Confidence in Life I now have. As a much stronger Version of myself, I found that I live my purpose when I help other people transform on a deep Level, become who they truly are and create a powerful Life instead of just existing.
